Inclusive Leadership: Enhancing Your Culture Where Everyone Feels Engaged and They Belong
About the Session
Research suggests that people draw or energize their motivation from a sense of belonging and in environments where leaders are not intentional in creating inclusivity, their employees are expending a lot of mental energy worrying about not fitting in or belonging. When leaders intentionally take the time to be inclusive and welcoming, employees are better equipped to handle the day-to-day stressors and are more confident and productive! Participants will learn appliable strategies that will help them become more inclusive leaders!
