About the Facilitator
Eddy Paul Thomas is an author, dynamic speaker, passionate historian, and dedicated researcher and humanitarian. His captivating books have debuted at #1 on Amazon's bestsellers list and carry a powerful mission. Eddy attended Purdue University, where he played point guard for the 1995-96 Men's Big Ten Championship Team and later helped coach the Franklin College Women’s Basketball Team to a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship and a berth in the NCAA Tournament.
He gained a broader perspective in his career when he was able to couple his undergrad degree in history and sociology with a Master's degree in Organizational Management.
About the Session
In this hour-long training session on Servant Leadership, participants will delve into the core principles and practices of servant leadership within the workplace. Servant leadership emphasizes prioritizing the needs of others, fostering a culture of trust, empathy, and collaboration. Participants will learn how this leadership style can transform team dynamics, enhance employee engagement, and create a more inclusive and supportive work environment.
